Liru

Liru is a gargantuan, sand-colored, lindwyrm that lives in the shifting sands of his desert lair in Australia. His scales are tan and rust-colored which helps him blend seamlessly into his natural habitat. He is infamous for creating blistering tornadoes to blind his opponents and disorient them before coiling around his prey to crush them. Liru received his name because locals attempted to warn some travelers of his existence and when the travellers heard the word “liru” they thought it was the beast’s name and not just the word for a desert snake.
