Farida

Farida is a feathered long dragon with a golden mane and scales that glitter like pearls in the sunlight who claims Africa as their territory.

Farida, unlike most dragons, has an active relationship with humanity that is not based in fear but mutual respect. Farida understands that humanity is flawed and often needs assistance, so she bestows wisdom to those who travel to her lair. She is also the only dragon known for taking a proactive approach to the stability of the world and frequently intervenes should a crisis of significant danger arises.
